As a physics student, I have been always wanted to explore a flawless interpretation of quantum mechanics. I was blindly-following the omnifarious information provided by the internet, from the obscure ‘authority’ — Copenhagen interpretation, to the Many Worlds interpretation which theoretically backed up the fascination of the parallel universe from scientific films. Others like Quantum Bayesianism and Consistent Histories interpretations all provide a reasonable way to ‘rule’ the complex quantum world and its association with philosophical controversies like the role of consciousness and the immanence of reality. However, after all, why don’t we just start from the fundamental physical meaning of Quantum Mechanics? Let’s go find the meaning behind those essential mathematical equations which are made up of obscure notations. By understanding the equations, we can see how physicists gradually ‘built-up’ the universe of Quantum Mechanics, and explore what is beyond.
